My joy is connecting you to your better wellbeing.

Personalized RMT: Your well-being, your massage.

I believe that personalized care is key to achieving optimal well-being and that’s why my approach to Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) is centred around tailoring every session to the unique needs and goals of each individual client. I take the time to understand your specific concerns, medical history, and preferences, allowing me to craft a customized treatment plan that addresses your body's own requirements. With a commitment to evidence-based techniques and a compassionate touch, I aim to empower every client on their path to improved health and vitality.

Step into my home studio.

I invite my clients into my home-based RMT studio based in Kelowna, BC. Here, you'll experience professional massage therapy tailored to your specific needs, all within the comfort of a welcoming and cozy environment. After being greeted at the door by my friendly dog, Halle, I’ll take you around the corner and into my studio, which has been designed to provide a serene escape from the stresses of daily life. With soothing scents of incense and essential oils to enhance the ambiance, I ensure that every session is a peaceful retreat for your body and mind.

Empowering wellness through holistic care.

My name is Jenna Paddock, and I'm deeply passionate about health and holistic well-being. With a solid academic foundation in Kinesiology through my Bachelor of Arts degree, I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and a Doula. My journey has been driven by an interest in women's health, covering prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and mastectomy care.

My commitment to supporting health is underscored by my extensive education and credentials. I proudly hold the title of RMT, having completed my training at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy/West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Additionally, I've earned certifications in TMJ Dysfunction and TMJ Mastery.

Beyond my practice, I've had the privilege of sharing my expertise as an instructor at local colleges. This experience has further enriched my ability to empower people, especially women, in their pursuit of wellness.

  • Massage does not need to be painful to be effective. In fact, my approach to massage therapy is that I want to work with your nervous system instead of against it. I want to make you feel as comfortable as possible so that your body accepts the work I am trying to accomplish.

*If there are issues with billing insurance, you will be responsible for paying for your appointment before leaving and submitting it to your insurance.

  • Each time I take on a Doula client, my massage clients scheduled near the expected due date will be notified that I am “on-call” for 3 weeks surrounding the birth. For a limited time, I am welcoming new client inquiries.
